"Qualified from Essex University with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science in 2004 and an MSc in Physiotherapy in 2006.
Since then I have worked for Epsom and St Helier Trust for 3 years and I am currently working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist at Croydon University Hospital.
I have taught matwork Pilates for 4 years in a clinical and non clinical setting and recently started to include the equipment to assist with the rehabilitation of patients.
I am a keen swimmer, cyclist and “keep fit” enthusiast".
